An independent studio built around honest storytelling
Wavezyx began as a small recording setup in Kuala Lumpur and has grown into a full blog and podcast studio serving listeners and readers across Malaysia.
From a spare room to a full studio
Wavezyx started in 2019 with one microphone and a laptop, recording conversations between friends about work, money, and life in Malaysia. As listeners found the show, we invested in proper equipment and brought on writers and producers who cared about getting the details right.
Today, Wavezyx produces a weekly episode alongside a companion article, all written and recorded by a small team based in Kuala Lumpur.
The values behind every episode
Honesty First
We would rather publish a slower episode than one that stretches the truth for a better clip.
Rooted in Malaysia
Every topic we cover is chosen because it matters to the communities we live and work in.
Craft Over Speed
We take the time to edit properly, because a well-made episode is worth the extra day.
